摘要
本文以高校大学生为调研对象,分析他们对校史文化的认识现状、认知意愿和渠道选择,进而针对大部分学生对校史、校情了解程度偏低,校史文化育人功能受阻等突出问题,运用系统动力学模拟软件Vensim绘制出校史文化认知系统内化量的因果关系图;重点阐释了校史文化育人功能的作用机制;最后提出完善校史教育工作机制、构建校史文化展示平台、创新校史文化育人体系等路径,以强化校史文化育人功能的发挥。
This paper takes the college students as the research object,analyzes their cognition situation,cognition will and channel choice to the college history culture. In order to solve the problems such as the low level of students’ understanding of the college history and situation,and the obstruction of the educational function of the college history and culture,this paper uses the system dynamics simulation software Vensim to draw the causality diagram of cognition system internal quantification of the college history and culture,and focuses on explaining the mechanism of action of the educational function of the college history and culture. Finally,it puts forward some ways to improve the educational mechanism,construct the display platform,and innovate the education system ofthe college history and culture,so as to strengthen its educational function.
