摘要
目的分析南京医科大学附属妇产医院来曲唑超说明书用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集南京医科大学附属妇产医院2018年1-6月来曲唑的门诊处方,根据药品说明书内容,对超说明书用药处方进行统计分析,并对超说明书用药的合理性进行评价。结果共收集到来曲唑门诊处方3377张,其中超说明书用药处方2850张,超说明书用药发生率为84.39%。超说明书用药的类型主要为超适应证用药、超适应证给药+超给药剂量给药。结论医院来曲唑超说明书用药情况较普遍,用药情况基本合理,为保障用药安全,规避相关医疗风险,还需对来曲唑超说明书用药进一步规范化管理。
Objective To analyze the over-instruction use of letrozole in the Women’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,and provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods Collected the outpatient prescriptions of letrozole from the Women’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to June in 2018,According to the contents of the drug instructions,statistical analysis of off-label medication prescriptions was performed,and the rationality of off-label medication was evaluated.Results A total of 3377 outpatient prescriptions for latrozole were collected,including2850 prescriptions for off-label use.The incidence of off-label use was 84.39%.The main types of off-label medications were off-indication medication,off-indication administration+over-dose administration.Conclusion The off-label use of letrozole is common in the hospital,and the medication is basically reasonable.In order to ensure drug safety and avoid related medical risks,it is necessary to further standardize the management of letrozole off-label use.
