摘要
目的探究草酸艾司西酞普兰片合并利培酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床治疗效果。方法选取2018年4月-2020年3月本院接收以阴性症状为主的66例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,并通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各33例。对照组采用单一利培酮治疗方案,而研究组采用草酸艾司西酞普兰片合并利培酮治疗方案,就两组的临床疗效、治疗前、治疗4周和治疗8周后的阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)中的阴性症状因子评分、不良反应发生情况进行比较分析。结果治疗后,研究组的临床总有效率(93.94%)明显高于对照组(72.73%)(P<0.05);治疗4周、8周后,研究组PANSS中的阴性症状因子评分低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组(18.18%)与研究组(21.21%)的不良反应发生率相当,差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予精神分裂症阴性症状患者实施草酸艾司西酞普兰片合并利培酮治疗方案,能进一步提升临床治疗效果,并改善患者的阴性症状,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of escitalopram oxalate combined with risperidone in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods 66 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 with mostly negative symptoms were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,33 cases each.Control group adopts single risperidone therapy,and the team will use the escitalopram oxalate citalopram tablets combined risperidone treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups,the treatment before and 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment of positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)negative symptom factor scores,adverse reactions in the comparative analysis.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group(93.94%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%)(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the negative symptom factor score in PANSS in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(18.18%)and the study group(21.21%)was similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram oxalate combined with risperidone can further enhance the clinical effect and improve the negative symptoms of patients with schizophrenia without increasing adverse reactions.
