摘要 基于装配式钢结构外挂板用轻体混凝土的设计要求,参照高性能混凝土配制技术,采用松散体积法研制出满足项目设计要求的LC25轻质陶粒混凝土,将其用于装配式钢结构外挂板,构件的抗震性、抗裂性和保温性均得到明显改善,其密度比传统外挂板构件降低28%。在构件制作过程中采取一系列抗浮措施,使构件表面平整性满足了设计要求。 Based on the design requirements of light-weight concrete for assembled steel structure siding,this paper refers to the high-performance concrete preparation technology and adopts the loose volume method to develop LC25 light-weight ceramsite concrete that meets the project design requirements.When it is applied to an assembled steel structure outer hanging plate,the seismic resistance,crack resistance and thermal insulation of the component are obviously improved,and its bulk density is reduced by 28%compared with the traditional outer hanging plate member.By adopting a series of anti-floating measures during the fabrication of the component,the surface flatness of the component can meet the design requirements.
