摘要
凝汽器抽真空设备节能量对比试验中边界参数变化对试验结果准确性影响较大。在分析计算各项边界参数对试验结果影响权重比的基础上,提出了一种试验测评方法,方法中明确了对比试验的操作要求和试验结果中边界参数不一致时的修正方法。通过该试验测评方法可以有效避免边界参数不一致的问题。通过实际案例进行验证,结果表明:经修正后的试验结果一致性较好,能够更加精确地评估抽真空设备改造后的节能量。
When the energy saving of the condenser vacuum equipment is evaluated,the boundary parameters has a great influence on the accuracy of test results.Based on the analysis and calculation of sensitivity of various boundary parameters on test results,a test evaluation method is proposed.In this modified method,the operation requirement of the contrast test and the correction method are defined.This evaluation method can avoid the problem of different boundary parameters effectively.Finally,it is verified by a real case.The results show that modified test method leads to more consistent and accurate results,so it can evaluate the energy saving of vacuum equipment more accurately.
