摘要
硫磺回收装置生产的液态硫磺通常需要进行固化造粒,不同的造粒设备适用于不同的工况。介绍了硫磺回收主要工艺流程,对比了国内外硫磺颗粒质量标准及三种主要造粒设备,比较了三种硫磺造粒设备的特点,从造粒质量、生产能力及设备组成等方面进行了硫磺造粒设备的选型研究,为相关工艺设备的选择提供了参考。
Liquid sulfur produced from sulfur recovery unit is generally needed to solidify and granulate.Granulating equipment should be adapted to different working conditions.In this article,main process in sulfur recovery was introduced.The quality standards for sulfur particle at home and abroad as well as three kinds of main granulating equipment were compared.The features of the equipment were compared first,then,the study for type selection from the aspects of granulation quality,production capacity and equipment constitution was carried out,which may be referenced in the selection of the equipment for relevant processes.
