变截面弹簧真空油淬火和氮气淬火温度场仿真与分析 被引量:1

Simulation and Analysis on Temperature Field of Vacuum Oil Quenching and Nitrogen Quenching of Variable Section Spring

摘要 在建立超越弹簧离合器变截面弹簧模型的基础上,利用Deform-3D软件对真空油淬火与氮气淬火过程中变截面弹簧的温度场分布进行了分析。结果表明:在升温过程中,弹簧由外表面向内表面,升温速度逐渐降低,且相同时刻,径向观察点之间距离越远,弹簧的温差越大,升温速度差距越大。冷却阶段,氮气淬火与油淬火都会在冷却过程中出现温度变化不均的现象。同一时刻,由外表面向内表面、由两端向中间,弹簧的温度逐渐增加,冷却速度逐渐降低。采用油冷却的冷却速度快于氮气冷却的。本研究为变截面弹簧淬火工艺的选择提供了一定依据。 Based on the model of variable section spring of the super spring clutch, the temperature field distributions of the variable section spring during vacuum oil quenching and nitrogen quenching were analyzed by using the Deform-3D software. The results show that during the heating process, the heating rate gradually decreases from the inner surface to the outside of the spring, and at the same time, the farther the distance between the radial observation points, the larger the temperature difference of the spring and the larger the heating rate difference. During the cooling stage, both nitrogen quenching and vacuum oil quenching will cause uneven temperature changes during the cooling process. At the same time, the temperature gradually increases from the outer surface to the inner surface and from both ends to the middle, and the cooling rate gradually decreases. The cooling rate using oil cooling is faster than that of nitrogen cooling. This study provides some basis for the selection of variable section spring quenching process.
