电子商务发展、私营制造业集聚与区域创新效率 被引量:9

摘要 在对互联网技术和区域创新效率研究的基础上,基于电子商务商业模式视角,系统分析电子商务发展、私营制造业集聚以及二者的交互作用对区域创新效率的影响,并利用2014—2017年我国30个省份的面板数据,运用普通最小二乘法(OLS)回归分析开展实证研究。研究结果表明,电子商务发展对区域创新效率产生先升后降的倒"U"型影响,而私营制造业集聚在其中发挥了显著的调节作用。根据研究结果提出政策建议如下:各地区根据自身电子商务发展实际推动区域电子商务发展,提升区域创新效率水平;加强市场环境建设和网络知识产权保护力度,保障电子商务持续健康发展;构建良好的区域创新支持体系,促进私营制造业转型升级。 Based on the research of Internet technology and regional innovation efficiency, this paper systematically analyzes the impact of e-commerce development, private manufacturing agglomeration, and their interaction on regional innovation efficiency from the perspective of e-commerce business model, and carries out empirical research by using panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2014 to 2017 and OLS regression analysis. The results show that the development of e-commerce has an inverted "U" effect on the regional innovation efficiency, while private manufacturing industry agglomeration plays a significant regulatory role. Based on the results of the study, the following policy recommendations are put forward: each region should promote the development of regional e-commerce according to its own e-commerce development, and promotes the level of regional innovation efficiency;strengthen the construction of market environment and the protection of network intellectual property rights to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of e-commerce;building a good innovation support system to promote the transformation and upgrading of private manufacturing industries.
