摘要
目的观察自制中药防压疮护理垫在预防老年脑卒中偏瘫患者压疮中的效果。方法将本院2017年6月至2018年5月神经内科收治的170例老年脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各85例。对照组由责任护士给予患者常规防压疮日常护理,试验组在对照组护理的基础上加用自制中药防压疮护理垫。比较两组患者治疗期间的压疮发生率。结果两组患者在住院21 d内压疮发生比较:试验组患者发生Ⅰ期压疮2例(2.35%),无Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮发生;对照组患者发生Ⅰ期压疮8例(9.41%),Ⅱ期压疮2例(2.35%),无Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮发生。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者在常规护理基础上加用自制中药防压疮护理垫,可有效降低压疮发生率。
Objective To observe the eff ect of self-made Chinese medicine anti pressure ulcer nursing pad in the prevention of pressure ulcer in elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 170 elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke in our hospital from June 2017 to may 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 85 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care by the responsible nurse,while the experimental group was given self-made Chinese medicine nursing pad on the basis of the control group.The incidence of pressure ulcers was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the two groups was compared within 21 days after hospitalization:in the experimental group,2 cases(2.35%)had stageⅠpressure ulcers,and no stageⅡ,ⅢandⅣpressure ulcers occurred;in the control group,8 cases(9.41%)had stageⅠpressure ulcers,and 2 cases(2.35%)had stageⅡpressure ulcers.The diff erence between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,self-made Chinese medicine nursing pad can eff ectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
