摘要
目的探讨百令胶囊、前列地尔联合腹膜透析治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的效果及对残余肾功能(RRF)、炎性因子及营养状况的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年7月收治的CRF患者113例。根据治疗方法的不同将所有患者分为研究组61例和对照组52例。对照组给予前列地尔联合腹膜透析治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予百令胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后的RRF、炎性因子、营养相关指标水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组RRF较治疗前降低,研究组降低程度小于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后,2组C反应蛋白、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后,2组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及血红蛋白水平均较治疗前升高,且研究组升高程度均大于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);2组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百令胶囊、前列地尔联合腹膜透析治疗CRF效果显著,能有效提高患者RRF,改善微炎症状态及营养状况,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule,Alprostadil combined with peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF)and its influence on the residual renal function(RRF),inflammatory factors and nutritional status.Methods A total of 113 CRF patients that were treated from January 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled.According to different treatment methods,all patients were divided into research group(n=61)and control group(n=52).The control group was treated with Alprostadil combined with peritoneal dialysis,and the research group was treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of RRF,inflammatory factors,nutrition-related indicators before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,RRF in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the degree of reduction in the research group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the degree of reduction in the research group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the degree of increase in the research group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsules,Alprostadil combined with peritoneal dialysis are effective in the treatment of CRF,which can effectively improve patients'RRF,improve the micro-inflammatory state and nutritional status,and have good safety.
