摘要
贯彻落实《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,探索构建高校内部科学教育评价体系,首先要准确识变,在把握高等教育发展环境变与不变的基础上,明晰高校教育评价改革的指导思想和基本方向;其次要科学应变,在"五唯"问题分析的基础上,通过比较研究吸取先进经验,寻求恰当路径;最后要主动求变,通过理念对接、指标对接、工作对接,积极构建科学评价体系。
In order to carry out Guideline for Deepening Educational Evaluation Systems in the New Era and explore the construction of scientific education evaluation system,firstly,it is necessary to accurately recognize the"changes"and clarify the guiding ideology and basic direction of the reform on the basis of grasping the changing and unchanged development environment of higher education.Secondly,it is necessary to make scientific response,absorb advanced experience through comparative study and seek appropriate path based on the analysis of the"Five Only"problems.Finally,we should actively seek change and build a scientific evaluation system through the docking of ideas,indicators and work.
