摘要
试验研究枯草芽孢杆菌与植物精油组合对肉种鸡生产性能的影响。选取5129羽产蛋率和合格蛋率相近的35周龄健康广西麻鸡,随机分为2组,每组6个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌800 g·t^-1、植物精油200 g·t^-1。预试期1周,正试期12周。结果表明,与对照组比较,试验组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),合格蛋率提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),死淘率显著降低(P<0.05),受精率提高(P>0.05),试验组孵化率显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,在饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌与植物精油的组合显著改善种鸡的生产性能,提高产蛋率和孵化率,降低死淘率。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of combination of Bacillus subtilis and plant essential oil on the production performance of broiler chickens.5129 of healthy 35 week-old Guangxi Ma Chicken with similar egg production rate and qualified egg rate were randomly divided into two groups with six replicates in each group.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the experimental group was added 800 grams Bacillus sub⁃tilis and 200 grams plant essential oil to each ton of the basic diet.The advanced experiment period has 1 week and the formal experiment period has 12 weeks.The results showed that the egg production rate of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the qualified egg rate was increased,but the difference was not signifi⁃cant(P>0.05),the death scouring rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the fertilization rate was significantly in⁃creased(P>0.05),and the incubation rate of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05)compared with the control group.Therefore,the combination of Bacillus subtilis and plant essential oil added into the feed can significantly improve the production performance of breeding chickens,increase the egg production rate and hatch⁃ing rate,and reduce the death scouring rate.
