摘要 为提升城市供热管网泄漏风险的管理水平,本文采用改进层次分析法(IAHP)对城市供热管网泄漏风险进行定性识别与定量分析。研究发现管材抗腐蚀性、腐蚀检测系统、管道焊接情况、组织人员情况及土壤腐蚀情况是导致城市供热管网泄漏事故的主要因素。研究表明:改进的层次分析法可用于城市供热管网泄漏风险分析,分析结果可为城市供热管网泄漏风险的安全管理提供科学依据。 In order to improve the management level of the leakage risk of urban heating pipe network,in this paper,the leakage risk of urban heating pipe network is qualitatively identified and the quantitatively analyzed based on the improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP).The research found that the pipe anti-corrosion,the corrosion detection system,the pipe welding situation,the organization personnel situation and the soil corrosion situation were the main causes of the leakage of the urban heating pipe network.The results show that the improved analytic hierarchy process can be used in the leakage risk analysis of urban heating network,and can provide a scientific basis for the safety management of leakage risk of urban heating pipe network.
