摘要
目的探讨不同切口超声乳化白内障吸除术对老年白内障患者眼压、视力的影响。方法200例老年白内障患者随机分为两组各100例,均给予超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗。对照组采取角膜切口,观察组采取角巩膜缘切口,比较两组手术前后的眼压、视力。结果术后3个月,两组的眼压均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组的裸眼视力与最佳矫正视力均提高,BUN、Sit均降低,且观察组各指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论角巩膜缘切口超声乳化白内障吸除术可有效降低患者眼压,促进患者术后视力恢复,且对泪液分泌及泪膜功能影响小。
Objective To explore the impact of phacoemulsification cataract extraction with different incisions on intraocular pressure and visual acuity of elderly patients with cataract.Methods 200 cases of elderly cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.All patients were treated with phacoemulsification cataract extraction.Corneal incision was used in the control group,and corneaoscleral incision was used in the observation group.The intraocular pressure and visual acuity before and after surgery were compared between two groups.Results 3 months after surgery,both groups had decreased intraocular pressure,and the intraocular pressure of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,both groups had increased naked eye vision and best corrected vision,and decreased BUN and Sit;The indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Phacoemulsification cataract extraction with corneaoscleral incision can effectively reduce patients'intraocular pressure and promote postoperative visual recovery,and has little impact on tear secretion and tear film function.
