摘要
为研究半导体激光直接起爆炸药的可行性,开展半导体激光起爆炸药的试验与仿真研究。通过搭建半导体激光起爆系统,对掺杂1%碳黑的太安炸药进行激光起爆试验,并利用AUTODYN软件建立激光起爆过程的仿真模型。试验结果表明:半导体激光成功起爆掺杂1%碳黑的太安炸药,验证了半导体激光直接起爆炸药的可行性。
In order to study the feasibility of laser diode detonation,the test and simulation of the laser detonation are researched.Laser initiation for PETN explosive doped with 1%carbon black is tested.Simulation model of laser detonation is established by using AUTODYN software.The test results show that the semiconductor laser can successfully detonate the PETN explosive doped with 1%carbon black,which verify the feasibility of the laser diode detonation.
