矿用液压驱动行走系统优化设计

摘要 针对煤矿井下液压驱动车辆在使用过程中经常出现的车辆轮胎反转、轮胎磨损严重、车身摆动方向难以操控等问题,提出了两种优化改进的方案,分别为调整马达进、出油口压力和增加马达回油背压。将车辆液压系统改进后,并通过在特殊工况下的模拟试验。试验表明,调整马达进、出油口压力导致马达制动力消失,影响整车安全性;增加马达回油背压,对低压侧补油,达到了预期效果。 In view of the common problems in the use of underground hydraulic drive vehicles in coal mine,such as reversed tire,serious tire wear,difficult to control the swing direction of the vehicle body,two optimization and improvement schemes have been proposed,which have intended to adjust the pres at th inlet and outlet of the motor and increase the back pressure of the motor return oil.After the improvement of the hydraulic system for the vehicle,and through the simulation test under special working conditions,the test showed that adjusting the pressure at the oil inlet and outlet of the motor may lead to the disappearance of the braking force of the motor,and may affect the safety of the vehicle.However,increasing the back pressure of the motor oil return,and replenishing the oil at the low pressure side could achieve the expected effect.
