摘要
目的探讨对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疾病实施经鼻腔内镜合并鼻中隔矫正术与功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术(function endoscopic sinus surgery,FESS)治疗的价值。方法纳入病例时间为2016年1月—2017年6月,选取来医院就诊的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疾病患者60例,依照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。参照组采取鼻内镜下单纯鼻窦开放术治疗,试验组采取鼻腔内镜合并鼻中隔矫正术与FESS治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,并发症发生率显著低于参照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者实施经鼻腔内镜合并鼻中隔矫正术与FESS治疗,可提高治疗效果,降低并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the value of nasal endoscopy combined with nasal septum correction and functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS)for chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods The inclusion period was from January 2016 to June 2017.60 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to our hospital were selected were divided into two groups according to random number table method,30 cases each.The control group was treated with nasal sinus opening surgery alone,and the reference group was treated with nasal endoscopy combined with nasal septum correction and FESS.The treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing nasal endoscopy combined with nasal septum correction and FESS treatment for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis can improve the treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of complications.
