摘要
目的了解陕西省养老护理员精神卫生知识知晓现状及其影响因素,为进一步提升精神卫生服务能力提供理论参考依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样选取陕西省34家养老机构1021名养老护理员,采用一般资料、精神卫生与心理保健知识问卷、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对调查对象进行问卷调查。结果陕西省养老护理员精神卫生知识的总体知晓率是70.83%,焦虑、抑郁得分均高于常模(P<0.05);精神卫生知识知晓情况与焦虑、抑郁均呈负相关(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、抑郁、每天工作时间、保险类型、有无养老护理员资格证、职业等级、受教育程度和照顾老人数量是影响养老护理员精神卫生知识知晓情况的重要因素(F=18.181,P<0.01)。结论陕西省养老护理员精神卫生知识的总体知晓率有待进一步提升,焦虑、抑郁情绪发生率较高,影响养老护理员精神卫生知识知晓情况的主要因素为婚姻状况、抑郁、每天工作时间、保险类型、有无养老护理员资格证、职业等级、受教育程度和照顾老人数量。
Objective To investigate the awareness of mental health knowledge and its influencing factors among nursing staff for the aged in Shaanxi province and provide scientific basis for improving mental health servi-ce.Methods By stratified cluster random sampling,1021 nursing staff for the aged from 34 pension institutions were selected and measured by Mental Health Knowledge Questionnaire,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale.Results The awareness rate of mental health knowledge among nursing staff for the aged was 70.83%.Their scores of anxiety and depression were higher than norm(P<0.05).The awareness score of mental health knowledge was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(P<0.01).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that marital status,depression,working hours per day,type of insurance,qualification certificate for the aged nursing,occupational grade,education and the number of old-age care were important influencing factors(F=18.181,P<0.01).Conclusion The awareness score of mental health knowledge needs further promotion.The level of anxiety and depression is worse than norm.The awareness of mental health knowledge is influenced by marital status,depression,working hours per day,type of insurance,qualification certificate for the aged nursing,occupational grade,education and the number of old-age care.
