摘要
目的了解十堰市某三甲医院门诊患者就医体验现状,分析其重要影响因素,为改善医院医疗服务提供依据及构思。方法选择十堰市某三甲医院门诊患者作为调查对象,从导诊、服务态度、环境后勤、价格感知等对患者进行问卷调查,分析影响患者体验的因素。结果挂号类别对患者体验影响差异具有统计学意义。有序多分类Logistic回归显示,影响患者体验的主要因素有就诊环境及秩序、公共区域卫生状况、医生问诊细致程度、医院公布医生出诊和停诊信息清晰度、医生是否告知检查结果及治疗方案、患者对医疗费用接受程度等。结论改善后勤服务、加强群众对医疗费用感知、医生细致问诊、详细告知患者检查结果、治疗方案及用药计划等可以加强门诊患者就诊体验。
Objective To understand the current status of medical experience in outpatients in a public tertiary hospital in Shiyan,analyze its important influencing factors,and provide evidence and ideas for improving medical services in the hospital.Methods Outpatients from a public tertiary hospital in Shiyan city were selected as survey subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among patients about consultation,service attitude,environmental logistics,and price perception to analyze the factors affecting the patient experience.Results Chi-square test results showed that only the registered category had a statistically significant effect on patient experience.Ordered multi-class logistic regression showed that the main factors affecting the patient experience were the environment and order of the clinic,the health status of the public area,the level of doctor consultation,the doctor's announcement,the clarity of the information,the doctor's notification of the examination results and treatment plan and the patient's accep-tance of medical expenses,etc.Conclusion Improving logistics services,strengthening the perception of medical expenses,careful patient consultation,detailed patient notification results,treatment plans and medication plans can enhance the outpatient experience.
