摘要
马铃薯是重要的粮食作物。目前马铃薯产业不仅需要实现高产量生产,还需实现高品质生产。在大田栽培过程中,马铃薯生长会受到多种因素的影响,最终会影响产量和品质。总结了施肥、栽培技术、土壤类型、土壤温度和水分对马铃薯营养品质和加工食用品质的影响,以期对马铃薯的高品质生产提供指导作用。
Potato is an important food crop.Realizing higher yield and higher quality are both essential for potato industry under present conditions.In field cultivation,the growth of potato is affected by various factors,which ultimately lead to effects on qualities and yields.This study summarized the effects of fertilization,cultivation technique,soil type,soil temperature and moisture on potato nutritional and edible qualities.This review could provide references for high quality potato production.
