摘要
基于图像技术的高速铁路接触网综合检测监测系统已在铁路行业获得了广泛应用。针对当前接触网图像检测算法种类多、分散性大、提供检测中心多用户综合检测服务能力不足等问题,本文提出了一种支持多用户并发的接触网深度学习检测算法综合集成服务应用平台架构。系统平台使用分层服务架构设计,将前端、应用服务和模型推理服务3部分解耦,通过远程通信协议进行交互,实现了系统的灵活部署调度和多用户并发访问。利用优先级任务队列实现了不同类型任务调度和系统快速响应,使用TF Serving实现模型推理服务的高效分布式部署和服务弹性伸缩能力,利用运维监控、缓存队列、日志安全监控等模块实现了完整的用户服务提供能力。通过系统部署测试,证明了该系统架构设计具备较好的可用性、业务功能实现和弹性伸缩能力。
The high speed railway OCL comprehensive inspection and monitoring system based on image technology has been widely used in the railway industry.With regards to the problems of various types of OCL image inspection algorithms,large dispersion and insufficient ability to provide multi-user comprehensive inspection service for the inspection center,this paper proposes a comprehensive service application platform architecture of OCL deep learning algorithm supporting multi-user concurrency.The system platform uses hierarchical service architecture design,decouples the front-end,application service and model reasoning service,and interacts with each other through remote communication protocol,which realizes the flexible deployment and scheduling of the system and multi-user concurrent access.The priority task queue is used to realize different types of task scheduling and system quick response.TF serving is used to realize the efficient distributed deployment and flexible scalability of model reasoning service.The complete user service provision ability is realized by using operation and maintenance monitoring,cache queue,log security monitoring and other modules.Through the system deployment test,it is proved that the system architecture design has good usability,business function realization and elastic scalability.
