摘要
为了研究物美价廉粉煤灰膏体采空区充填材料,选用粉煤灰、水泥为主料,同时配备一定比例细砂和黄土。通过改变粉煤灰掺量、水泥掺量以及浆液质量浓度,运用正交试验方法研究了不同配比粉煤灰膏体充填材料流动度、初凝时间、粘度及抗压强度等性能参数的变化规律。研究表明:质量浓度是影响充填材料流动度和粘度的主要因素,粉煤灰掺量是影响充填材料初凝时间及后期抗压强度的主要因素,而水泥掺量是影响充填材料早期抗压强度的主要因素。依据试验结果确定了粉煤灰膏体采空区充填材料的最优配比。
In order to study cheap and fine fly ash paste filling materials in goaf,fly ash and cement are selected as the main materials and a certain proportion of fine sand and loess are equipped.By changing fly ash and cement,and mass concentration of slurry,the orthogonal test method was used to study the variation law of performance parameters such as fluidity degree,initial setting time,viscosity and compressive strength of filling materials of pulverized coal plaster with different ratios.The results show that mass concentration is the main factor affecting the fluidity and viscosity of filling materials,the fly ash content is the main factor affecting the initial setting time and later compressive strength of filling materials,and cement content is the main factor affecting the early compressive strength of filling materials.Based on the test results,the optimal ratio of the filling materials of fly ash paste in goaf was determined.
