摘要
新冠肺炎疫后,加强高职院校心理危机干预体系构建,实现学生的心理“复位”,防御高职学生心理极端事件的发生显得尤为重要。依据《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情紧急心理危机干预指导原则》,以新冠肺炎疫情后高职学生心理危机问题分析为基础,从构建、完善复学后保障有力的四级心理危机防御体系,复学后学生心理健康状况普查,业务人员疫后心理调试的专业培训,开展疫后心理咨询,开放心理热线和网络支持,关注疫后顶岗实习学生的心理调适,抓住契机,对高职学生进行生涯教育等方面提出新冠肺炎疫情后高职院校心理危机防御体系的构建及实施策略。
It is particularly important for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of the psychological crisis intervention system after the COVID-19 epidemic,so as to achieve the psychological"reset"of students and prevent the occurrence of extreme events of vocational students caused by psychological problems.According to the"Guiding Principles of Emergency Psychological Crisis Intervention for COVID-19 Infection",it starts with an analysis of the psychological crisis of higher vocational students after the COVID-19 epidemic,and proposes construction and implementation strategies for the psychological crisis defense system of higher vocational colleges after the COVID-19 epidemic.It builds and improves a strong four-level psychological crisis defense system after resuming school.It carries out a general survey on psychological health status of students after resuming school,and a professional training of post-epidemic psychological adjustment for professional staff.It conducts psychological counseling after the epidemic,opens psychological hotline and offers network support,and pays close attention to the psychological adjustment of the trainees.It grasps the opportunity to develop career education for higher vocational students.
