摘要
研究利用超声波辅助离子液体双水相提取柿叶中的总黄酮,并利用响应面法优化试验条件。结果表明,在料液比为1∶25(g∶mL)、提取时间为50 min、离子液体浓度为0.7mol/L、提取温度为60℃最优条件下,柿叶中总黄酮提取率可达到26.84 mg/g,与预测值(26.62 mg/g)接近。该方法稳定可行,重复性好,可用于提取柿叶中总黄酮。
The total flavonoids in persimmon leaves were extracted by ultrasonic assisted ionic liquid double aqueous phase and optimized by response surface method.The results showed that under the optimal conditions of 1∶25(g∶mL)solid-liquid ratio,50 min extraction time,0.7 mol/L ionic liquid concentration and 60℃extraction temperature,the extraction yield of total flavonoids from persimmon leaves reached 26.48 mg/g,which was close to the predicted value(26.98 mg/g).The method is stable and reproducible,and can be used to extract total flavonoids frompersimmon leaves.
