摘要
建立了动态针捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用测定土壤中苯系物的方法,优化了采集与解吸条件。结果表明,装有2g土壤样品的20mL顶空瓶在40℃加热条件下,使用NT针以70mL·min^-1流速采集15min,于290℃解吸2min进气相色谱/质谱仪进行分析,可以得到较好的测定结果。该方法的精密度为5.16%~8.24%,检出限为1.82μg·kg^-1~2.86μg·kg^-1,各目标物的标准曲线线性相关系数r为0.9932~0.9989,加标样品回收率为82.3%~110.1%。
A method for the determination of Benzene Series in soil by dynamic needle-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was developed,and the collection and desorption conditions were optimized.The results showed that a 20mL headspace flask with 2g soil sample was heated at 40℃,collected for 15min with NT needle at a flow rate of 70mL·min^-1,and desorbed at 290℃ for 2min by gas chromatography/mass spectrometer for analysis,and the better results could be obtained.The precision of the method is 5.16%~8.24%,the detection limit is 1.82μg·kg^-1~2.86μg·kg^-1,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve of each target is 0.9932~0.9989,and the recovery of the standard sample is 82.3%~110.1%.
