摘要
针对污水处理过程中经常遇到的曝气不足、出水氨氮超标,曝气过量总氮(TN)不达标以及能耗浪费等问题,设计开发了曝气精确分配与控制系统并在余杭临平净水厂成功运行,实现了生化池鼓风曝气系统全自动化运行、实时按需分配曝气量、溶解氧(DO)稳定控制在±0.5 mg/L的良好效果,且出水水质始终达到一级A标准。这表明,该系统可应对污水处理厂污染物负荷实时变化的问题,根据工艺运行对溶解氧的需求实时调节生物池曝气量,确保污水处理厂各生物反应池、曝气区域的曝气量实现合理按需分配与精确控制,最终实现在工艺稳定控制的同时节能降耗。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient aeration,excessive ammonia nitrogen in the effluent,excessive aeration,substandard TN,and waste of energy in the sewage treatment process,a precise aeration distribution and control system was designed and developed and successfully operated in Yuhang Linping Water Purification Plant.The full automatic operation of the biochemical tank blast aeration system,the real-time distribution of aeration volume as required,and the stable control of DO at±0.5mg/L are achieved,and the effluent quality always reaches the first grade A standard.This shows that the system can deal with the real-time change of pollutant load in sewage treatment plant.According to the demand of dissolved oxygen in process operation,the aeration volume of biological tank can be adjusted in real time to ensure the reasonable distribution and accurate control of aeration volume in each biological reaction tank and aeration area of the sewage treatment plant,and finally realize energy saving and consumption reduction while stable process control.
