摘要
目的 通过对学生身体素质干预措施15周的教学实验,探求身体素质干预措施和传统身体素质练习的教学效果。方法 实验组进行28个身体素质练习教学,对照组进行传统素质教学,以两组学生身体素质指标为评价指标。结果 15周后实验组学生5项身体素质指标均值与15周前相比均有显著提高(P<0.05);实验组50 m、1 000 m和坐位体前屈指标均显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 28个身体素质干预措施的实施能有效提高学生的锻炼效果。
Through the 15-week teaching experiment on students’physical fitness,this paper explores the teaching effect of physical fitness interventions and traditional physical fitness exercises.The experimental group received 28 physical fitness exercises,while the control group received traditional quality teaching.The physical fitness indexes of the students in the two groups were used as evaluation indexes.Results:After 15 weeks,the average values of the 5 physical fitness indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before 15 weeks(P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group at 50 m,1000 m and sitting forward bend(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of 28 physical fitness intervention measures can effectively improve the exercise effect of students.
