摘要 提出了无水碳酸钠+硼酸混合熔剂熔融样品,硫酸浸出,ICP-AES法测定钛精矿中SiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、P2O5、Cr2O3、V2O57种杂质元素含量的新方法。对各种试剂的用量、仪器测量条件、谱线选择等进行了实验和讨论。对钛精矿样品的测定表明,方法具有灵敏度高、试剂用量少,线性范围宽等优点。方法检出限低,精密度高,结果准确可靠。 A new method for the determination of seven impurity elements in titanium concentrate,such as SiO2,CaO,MgO,Al2O3,P2O5,Cr2O3 and V2O5,is proposed,which is based on the mixture of anhydrous sodium carbonate and boric acid,sulfuric acid leaching and ICP-AES.The amount of various reagents,the measuring conditions of instruments and the selection of spectral lines were tested and discussed.The determination of titanium concentrate samples showed that the method has the advantages of high sensitivity,low amount of reagents and wide linear range.Methods the detection limit was low,the precision was high,and the results were accurate and reliable.
