摘要
目的探究消毒供应中心外来器械湿包原因以及改进策略。方法抽选我院近1年(2019年1月——2019年12月)232件外来医疗器械设备作为研究样本,通过资料回顾性分析,总结外来医疗器械设备的湿包原因以及改进措施,以便提高外来医疗器械设备的灭菌质量。结果232件外来医疗器械设备有5件出现湿包现象,主要是由操作不规范、包装问题、装载问题、监管机制不完善等因素引起的。结论消毒供应中心外来器械湿包的原因有很多,为了避免因器械湿包导致灭菌失败,引发医院感染,消毒供应中心需要不断完善外来器械的管理,实施针对性的改进对策。
Objective To explore the causes of wet bag of external instruments in disinfection supply center and the improvement strategies.Methods 232 exotic medical devices and equipment were selected from our hospital in the past 1 year(From January 2019 to December 2019)as research samples.Through retrospective analysis of the data,the reasons for the wet bag of exotic medical devices and equipment and the improvement measures were summarized to improve the sterilization quality of exotic medical devices and equipment.Results 5 of 232 foreign medical devices and equipment appeared wet packing phenomenon,which was mainly caused by improper operation,packing problem,loading problem and imperfect supervision mechanism.Conclusion There are many reasons for the wet bag of external instruments in the disinfection supply center.In order to avoid the failure of sterilization and hospital infection caused by wet bag of external instruments,the disinfection supply center needs to constantly improve the management of external instruments and implement targeted improvement measures.
