摘要 目的探讨PRF盖髓剂在年轻恒牙牙髓切断术中的治疗效果,并观察牙髓活性与根尖发育的临床表现.方法抽取患者自体静脉血,离心制备富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin PRF);选取年轻恒牙70颗,记录所有患牙应用PRF盖髓剂在牙髓治疗术前、术后6个月、术后12个月的牙髓活力和牙根发育变化情况.结果在规定的复查时间内,70颗患牙临床表现为牙髓活力正常,牙根继续发育,根管壁上牙骨质厚度有所增加,同时牙根长度变长,根尖孔已闭合或逐渐闭合.结论PRF作为盖髓剂用于治疗年轻恒牙活髓切断术,取得了较好的临床疗效. Objective To investigate the effect of PRF pulp capping agent on pulp amputation of young permanent teeth,and to observe the clinical manifestations of pulp activity and root tip development.Method Platelet rich fibrin(PRF)was prepared by centrifugation from the venous blood extracted from the patients.Seventy young permanent teeth were selected,and changes in the electrical activity of the dental pulp and root development of all the affected teeth were recorded before pulpotomy,6 months after pulpotomy and 12 months after pulpotomy.Results Within the prescribed review time,70 affected teeth showed normal pulp activity,continued root development,bone thickness on the canal wall increased,root length became longer,and apical hole was closed or gradually closed.Conclusion PRF,as a pulp capping agent,achieves good clinical effect in the treatment of young permanent teeth with live pulp cutting.
