摘要
防错技术就是指任何一种能够防止人为错误的发生,或是一眼就能让人发现错误的装置或设施。防错法又称愚巧法、防呆法,即在过程失误发生之前即加以防止错误的发生。随着汽车技术的快速发展,车载功能电器成倍增加,导致连接各功能电器的汽车线束越来越庞大,特别是集成式设计的汽车线束,由于线束回路数量多、线束体积庞大、质量重,线束的可制造性严重降低。因此,汽车线束产品防错设计和工艺制造防错设计尤其重要。结合国内汽车线束行业产品设计和制造工艺设计中相关资料,对防错技术的应用归纳总结,与各位同行进行交流学习。
Error proofing technology refers to any device or facility that can prevent the occurrence of human error,or make people find the error at a glance.Error proofing method,also known as foolishness and stupidity prevention method,is to prevent errors before process errors occur.With the rapid development of automobile technology,the number of on-board functional electrical appliances has multiplied,resulting in more and more harnesses connecting various functional electrical appliances.In particular,the integrated design of automobile harnesses,due to the large number of harness circuits,the large volume and weight of harnesses,the manufacturability is seriously reduced.Therefore,error proof design and process manufacturing of automobile harness products is particularly important.Combined with the relevant data in the product design and manufacturing process design of the domestic automobile harness industry,the application of error proofing technology is summarized,and the exchange and learning with colleagues are carried out.
