摘要 分析LNG加气站BOG产生的主要因素,为储罐、设备及工艺管道与外界的换热、设备及工艺管道预冷、LNG汽车车载储气瓶产生的气体、环境温度影响。采用气体质量流量计法,通过测试,得到LNG储罐、泵橇、加气机、工艺管道以液氮为介质的静态蒸发率,给出测试步骤。考虑各种传热影响因素,推导出介质为LNG的静态蒸发率是介质为液氮的静态蒸发率的0.66倍。给出了基于介质为LNG的静态蒸发率的运行工况下实际日蒸发量的计算方法。调研2座标准三级LNG加气站,提出实测日蒸发量的测试方法,并进行实测。2座加气站的实测日蒸发量比实际日蒸发量分别高出91.86%和60.04%。 The main factors of BOG generation in LNG filling station are analyzed,including heat exchange between storage tank,equipment,process pipeline and the outside,pre-cooling of equipment and process pipeline,gas produced by LNG vehicle-mounted gas cylinders and influence of ambient temperature.Using the gas mass flow meter method,the static evaporation rates of LNG storage tank,pump skid,gas dispenser and process pipeline with liquid nitrogen as medium are obtained through the test,and the test steps are given.Considering various heat transfer factors,it is deduced that the static evaporation rate of medium as LNG is 0.66 times that of liquid nitrogen.The calculation method of actual daily evaporation under operating conditions based on the static evaporation rate of medium as LNG is given.Two standard three-level LNG filling stations are investigated,and the test method of daily evaporation capacity is proposed and measured.The measured daily evaporation capacities of the two filling stations are 91.86%and 60.04%higher than the actual daily evaporation capacity,respectively.
