原煤分储错仓保护系统的研究与应用

摘要 煤矿开采煤炭种类的非单一性,要求煤矿在原煤分储时不能混装,在实际操作中,经常出现集中控制人员无法直观的监控到某一煤种的分储仓情况,造成原煤混装现象。针对这一问题,以平煤股份二矿为例,提出在该矿原有集中控制中增加原煤分储错仓保护程序,防止操作人员误操作,造成的煤质污染。实践表明,改进后的集中控制系统杜绝了分储原煤时分错储煤仓情况的发生,应用效果良好。 The non-unity of coal mining coal types requires coal mines not to mix raw coal in separate storage,and in actual operation,it often occurs that the centralized control personnel can not intuitively monitor the separate storage bin of a certain type of coal,resulting in the phenomenon of raw coal mixing.In order to solve this problem,No.2 Mine of Pingdingshan Group was taken as example,the original centralized control was adopted to increase the raw coal storage fault warehouse protection procedures.Practice showed that the improved centralized control system put an end to the mis-storage of raw coal when stored in separate bunkers,with good application results.
