摘要
脆弱性分析是气象灾害风险评估的关键,在防灾减灾及可持续发展中具有重要意义。本文以WEB OF SCIENCE为数据来源,利用CiteSpaceV对气象灾害脆弱性研究进行分析,以期为相关研究提供参考。结果表明:①美国及欧洲的综合影响力较高,北京师范大学的综合影响力最高,中国发文量较多但影响力尚需提高。②研究多集中在高温热浪、洪涝灾害脆弱性。③多灾种耦合脆弱性研究为近年来研究前沿。④评价方法一般为实际调查、历史灾情数据、指标体系、情景模拟脆弱性评价,当前研究存在多灾种耦合脆弱性缺乏研究等问题。⑤未来研究建议利用大数据实时性与共享性的特点加强多灾种耦合脆弱性动态评价研究,增强评价结果的实践性,重视气候变化下的贫困脆弱性和韧性城市研究;同时密切加强国际间交流合作,为气候变化下多灾种耦合脆弱性研究提供新见解,促进趋利与避害协同发展。
As an important part of meteorological disasters risk evaluation,vulnerability analysis has far-reaching significance in disaster prevention and mitigation and sustainable development.This study used WEB OF SCIENCE as the data sources to analyze meteorological disasters vulnerability based on CiteSpaceV in order to provide references for related researches.The results showed that:Firstly,the United States and Europe had higher comprehensive influences,Beijing Normal University had the highest comprehensive influence,and China had more articles but influences still need to be improved.Secondly,the research focused on heat waves,flood vulnerability and population mortality.Thirdly,multi-hazard coupling vulnerability was the frontier of research in recent years.Fourthly,the evaluation methods were based on field investigation,historical disaster data,index system,and scenario simulation,researches had some gaps such as lack of multi-hazard vulnerability research.Finally,the study need to strengthen multi-hazard vulnerability research,the real-time and sharing of big-data can be used to promote the dynamic evaluations of multi-hazard coupling vulnerability and enhance the practicality of evaluation,pay attention to poverty vulnerability and resilience cities under the climate change.International communication and cooperation should be strengthened,it can provide new insights for multi-hazard coupling vulnerability research under the climate change,and promote coordinated development of profits and avoidances in the future.
