摘要
提取槐米中芦丁的最佳方法是运用正交试验法。经查阅资料,影响槐米中芦丁提取工艺的主要因素有物料比、提取时间和提取次数等多个因素。本实验中,槐米中的芦丁进行提取分离使用了碱溶酸沉法,药材提取浸膏,加入1.0g的维生素C、1.0g的淀粉和10%的滑石粉可以满足芦丁胶囊的生产要求,选用0号胶囊制作成芦丁胶囊。该制备工艺路线合理可行,不污染环境,可用于芦丁胶囊制剂的生产。
The best way to extract rutin from Sophora japonica is to use orthogonal test.Access to information,the material ratio,extraction time and extraction times were as the main influencing factors of rutin extraction process in Sophora japonica.In this experiment,using alkali-soluble acid precipitation method is to extracte the rutin from Sophora japonica,adding 1.0 g of vitamin C、1.0g starch and 10%talc powder can meet the production requirements of rutin capsule.Rutin capsule was made of No.0 capsule.The preparation process is reasonable and feasible,does not pollute the environment,and can be used in the production of rutin capsule preparation.
