摘要
针对有色金属材料零件在加工过程中容易出现变形、振动等问题,影响最终零件的精度和质量问题,开展对有色金属材料控制加工过程的设计研究。通过基于智能工厂施工建立加工设备预处理单元、有色金属材料各环节加工控制等设计,实现对有色金属材料的高精度加工。通过实验证明,该控制加工过程与传统控制加工过程相比可有效降低零件表面粗糙程度误差,实现智能化、高精度的有色金属零件加工。
In view of the deformation,vibration and other problems in the process of non-ferrous metal parts,which affect the accuracy and quality of the final parts,the design and Research on the control processing of non-ferrous materials is carried out.Based on the intelligent factory construction,the pre-processing unit of processing equipment and the processing control of each link of non-ferrous materials are designed to realize the high-precision processing of non-ferrous materials.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional control machining process,the control process can effectively reduce the surface roughness error of parts,and realize intelligent and high-precision processing of non-ferrous metal parts.
