摘要
混合工质回热式大温跨热泵能高效扩展温跨实现65℃以上高效供热,系统简单、成本低。混合工质回热式大温跨热泵系统中合理的工质配比是实现高效供热的关键因素。本文采用了5组混合工质用于分析工质配比对系统性能的影响,并且采用遗传算法获取最优工况。结果表明混合工质高、低压工质间的热当量匹配是影响系统性能的主要因素,在保证合理的相变温度滑移条件下,低沸点含量多的工质配比方式有利于系统性能的提升。
Recuperative heat pump with mixed refrigerant for large temperature lift could efficiently supply heat with temperature over 65℃ and gains advantages in system simplicity and initial cost.Reasonable refrigerant composition is crucial for the system to operate with high efficiency.In this paper,five binary mixture refrigerants are applied to analyze the effect of the refrigerant composition on the system performance,in which the genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal conditions.Results show that the heat transfer matching between the high-pressure refrigerant and the low-pressure refrigerant is the key factor that impacts the system performance.Under reasonable condensation temperature,the refrigerant composition with a high content of the low-boiling point component is beneficial for the system performance enhancement.
