综合教学模式在急诊科临床教学中的实践与成效 被引量:2

Practice and Effect of Comprehensive Teaching Model in Clinical Teaching of Emergency Department

摘要 目的观察综合教学模式在急诊科临床教学中的教学效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月于济南市中医医院急诊科进行住院医师规范化培训的硕士研究生共62人为临床研究的观察对象,按照单双月组入科分为实验组与对照组各31例,实验组采用综合教学模式教学,对照组采用传统教学模式教学,均由相同带教老师授课,在本科室规培结束后对两组学生进行理论和技能考核及教学满意度问卷调查,用统计法对考核结果进行分析。结果实验组学生的理论考试成绩及临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);在教学满意度调查上,实验组从新知识的掌握程度、学习兴趣、临床分析能力、解决问题能力、团队合作能力、自主学习能力、医患沟通能力各方面满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合教学模式能够提高学生的理论及技能操作成绩,可调动学生学习的积极性,增强其自主学习能力,提高学生应急反应、独立思考的能力,教学效果显著提高。 Objective:To observe the teaching effect of comprehensive teaching model in clinical teaching of emergency department.Methods:A total of 62 postgraduates who received standardized training of resident physi⁃cians in the emergency department of Jinan Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as observation objects for clinical research;according to single or double-month of admission,they were divided into the experimental group and control group,31 cases in each group.The experi⁃mental group adopted a comprehensive teaching model,and the control group adopted a traditional teaching model,all taught by the same teacher.After the training in their departments,the two groups were tested on theory and skills,as well as a questionnaire survey on teaching satisfaction,and the results of the assessment were analyzed by statistical methods.Results:The theoretical test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical skill assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of satisfaction,the experimental group′s satisfaction with new knowledge,learning interest,clinical analysis ability,problem solving ability,teamwork ability,independent learning ability,and doctor-patient communication ability was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion:The comprehensive teaching model can improve students′theoretical and technical performance,mobilize students′enthusiasm for learning,enhance their independent learning ability,improve students′emergency re⁃sponse and independent thinking ability,and significantly improve the teaching effect.
