摘要
本文研究了在制备过程中添加Triton X-100对细菌纤维素负载纳米氧化锌复合物(BC-ZnO)微观结构和抗菌的影响。通过X射线衍射图谱的检测,确定ZnO已经载入BC中。通过透射电镜观察所得,随着Triton X-100添加量的增加,制备所得ZnO的粒径越小。测BC-ZnO中Zn的含量,随着Triton X-100添加量的增加,负载的ZnO的量越多。研究BC-ZnO的抗菌活性,BC-ZnO对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能都强于对大肠杆菌和白假丝酵母菌。同时随着Triton X-100添加量的增加,BC-ZnO抗菌性能越强。
In this paper,the effects of adding Triton X-100 during the preparation process on bacterial cellulose nano-ZnO composite(BC-ZnO)was studied.Through the detection of X-ray diffraction pattern,it was confirmed that ZnO had been loaded into BC.It was observed by transmission electron microscopy that with the increase of the addition of Triton X-100,the particle size of the prepared ZnO was smaller.By measuring the content of Zn in BC-ZnO,with the increase of the addition of Triton X-100,the more ZnO was loaded.By studying the antibacterial activity of BC-ZnO,the antibacterial properties of BC-ZnO against Staphylococcus aureus were stronger than those against Escherichia coli and Candida albicans.At the same time,with the increase of Triton X-100,the stronger the antibacterial performance of BC-ZnO was.
