摘要
目的探讨四子种王胶囊佐治少弱畸精症患者的效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月河北省沧州中西医结合医院诊治的84例少弱畸精症不育男性患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组给予左卡尼汀口服溶液和葡萄糖酸锌片,观察组在对照组基础上予以四子种王胶囊,两组均连续用药3个月。对比治疗前后精子畸形率、精子活动率、精子密度和精子活率,临床疗效,精子氧化应激活性氧(ROS)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,药物不良反应及患者配偶的受孕率。结果治疗后,两组精子畸形率比治疗前显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者精子活动率、精子密度和精子活率比治疗前显著提高,且观察组均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ROS水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),SOD均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者配偶妊娠率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用四子种王胶囊辅助治疗少弱畸精症能够显著提高精子质量,减轻氧化应激损伤,提升配偶妊娠率且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sizizhongwang capsule in the treatment of patients with oligoasthenospermia.Methods A total of 84 infertile male patients with oligoasthenospermia treated in Hebei Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The control group was given L-carnitine oral solution and zinc gluconate tablet,while the observation group was added Sizizhongwang capsule on the basis of the control group.After 3 months continuously treatment,the sperm deformity rate,sperm motility rate,sperm density and sperm motility rate,clinical efficacy,sperm ROS and SOD levels,drug adverse reactions and the pregnancy rate of the patient′s spouse were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the sperm deformity rate of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),of which the observation group was lower(P<0.05),sperm motility,sperm density and sperm motility were significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.05),of which the observation were higher(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy distribution between the two groups had a significantly difference(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation was higher(P<0.05).The levels of ROS after treatment increased(P<0.05),of which the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The levels of SOD after treatment decreased(P<0.05),of which the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate of the spouse in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of oligoasthenospermia with Sizizhongwang capsule can significantly improve sperm quality,reduce oxidative stress injury,improve the pregnancy rate of spouses with good safety.
