摘要
浙江某城镇污水处理厂主体工艺采用SBR和AAO工艺,分析讨论其一级A提标改造后工艺优化运行情况。根据进水水质结构和生物反应池水温变化特点,采用动态控制的方式调整工艺参数,水温在10~20℃时,活性污泥浓度为5.5~6.5 g/L,SBR工艺DO为3~5 mg/L,AAO工艺DO为1~3 mg/L;水温在20~35℃时,活性污泥浓度为4.5~5.5 g/L,SBR工艺DO为1~3 mg/L,AAO工艺DO为0.5~1 mg/L。近3年的运行情况表明,COD、NH3-N和TP等主要指标去除率均达到90%以上,TN去除率达到70%以上,出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中一级A标准,单位直接运行成本为0.4673元/m3,具有良好的经济、环境和社会效益。
SBR and AAO process optimization of an upgraded municipal wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Zhejiang Province is introduced.Based on the characteristics of influent and temperature in biological reaction tank,the control principles of parameters are determined.When wastewater temperature is 10~20℃,the concentration of activated sludge and the DO of SBR,AAO is controlled at 5.5~6.5 g/L,3~5 mg/L and 1~3 mg/L respectively.When wastewater temperature is at 20~35℃,the concentration of activated sludge and the DO of SBR,AAO is controlled at 4.5~5.5 g/L,1~3 mg/L and 0.5~1 mg/L,respectively.In the past three years,the removal rate of COD,NH3-N,TP has reached 90%.Effluent is steadily up to the highest standards in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).Moreover,the cost of wastewater treatment is 0.4673 yuan/m3,which show the benefit of the economy,environment,and society.
