摘要
近年来,在国有单位中一些科研项目的数量在不断地增加,但是这些科研项目的完成质量较差,会严重地制约着我国经济的快速发展。所以,在我国国有企业的科研项目中,需要对科研项目进行全面的管理与控制,进一步地为科研项目提供各类资源。论文对当前国有企业科研项目管理中存在的问题、科研管理的重要性等进行了研究,同时还提出了对应的改进措施,进一步地为实现对国有企业中科技项目的管理奠定了坚实的基础,最终促进我国国有企业科技项目的可持续发展和高质量的完成。
In recent years,the number of some scientific research projects in state-owned units is constantly increasing,but the poor quality of the completion of these scientific research projects will seriously restrict the rapid development of China's economy.Therefore,in the scientific research projects of state-owned enterprises in China,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive management and control of the scientific research projects to further provide various resources for the scientific research projects.This paper studies the problems existing in the management of scientific research projects in state-owned enterprises and the importance of scientific research management.At the same time,the paper also puts forward corresponding improvement measures,which further lays a solid foundation for realizing the management of science and technology projects in state-owned enterprises,and finally promotes the sustainable development and high-quality completion of science and technology projects in state-owned enterprises in China.
