摘要
建立了索氏提取-气相色谱法测定土壤样品中酚类化合物的分析方法,采用索氏提取的方式对土壤样品进行提取,以21种酚类化合物标准溶液进行外标校正定量,酚类化合物线性关系R 2皆大于0.995,方法检出限为0.01~0.07mg/kg,该方法用于实际样品的检测,加标回收率为56.1%~113.0%,精密度(RSD,n=7)为3.3%~18.9%,该方法操作简单快捷,适用于土壤中酚类化合物快速准确的测定。
A method for determination of phenolic compounds in soil samples by Soxhlet extraction and gas chromatography was established.Soxhlet extraction method was used to extract soil samples.21 kinds of phenolic compound standard solutions were used to calibrate and quantify.The correlation coefficient of phenolic compounds was greater than 0.995.The detection limit of the method was 0.01-0.07mg/kg.The proposed method was applied to analyze real soil samples.The recoveries were 56.1%~113.0%,the precision(RSD,n=7)was 3.3%~18.9%.The method is simple and quick,and is suitable for rapid and accurate determination of phenolic compounds in soil.
