摘要
本检测方法采用毛细管气相色谱内标法,使用HP-5毛细管气相色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以磷酸三苯酯为内标,对氯氟醚菊酯进行分离和定量分析。其标准偏差为0.0016,变异系数为2.9%,平均回收率为98.8%。
In this test,permethrin was separated and quantitatively analyzed by capillary gas chromatography with HP-5 capillary gas chromatography column and hydrogen flame ionization detector using triphenyl phosphate as internal standard.The standard deviation was 0.0016,the coefficient of variation was 2.9%,and the average recovery was 98.8%.
