摘要
目的通过中药饮片专项抽验工作,分析苍术饮片市场整体情况,为苍术饮片质量标准的制定和完善提供依据。方法按《中国药典》2015年版一部苍术项下规定,对山东省17地市抽取苍术饮片样品进行检验,分析对比检验数据,对苍术饮片市场做整体评价,并进行探索性研究。结果与结论本次抽验的苍术饮片共计51批次,合格43批,不合格9批,总合格率84.3%,其中性状项合格率为90.2%,鉴别项合格率为92.2%,总灰分合格率为92.2%,含量测定合格率为88.2%。经探索性研究鉴定不合格样品存在关苍术伪品或掺杂伪品的情况。
Objective To analyze the overall quality status of Atractylodis rhizoma decoction pieces in the market through special sampling inspection of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, in order to provide technical support and reference for establishment and improvement of quality standard of Atractylodis rhizoma decoction pieces. Methods According to the current statutory standard of Atractylodis rhizoma stipulated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition, Volume I), the quality inspection and data analysis were carried out to evaluate the quality of Atractylodis rhizoma decoction pieces in the market, which were sampled and inspected from 17 cities in Shandong Province. Moreover, exploratory study was carried out to solve the problems found in the quality inspection. Results and Conclusion A total of 51 batches of Atractylodis rhizoma decoction pieces collected were tested, among which 43 batches were qualified whereas 9 batches were unqualified according to the current quality standards. The total qualified rate was 84.3 %. The qualified rates of character items, identification items, total ash content determination were 90.2 %, 92.2 %, 92.2 % and 88.2 %, respectively. In exploratory research, the unqualified samples were identified as Atractylodes japonica or decoction pieces adulterated with Atractylodes japonica.
