摘要
随着时代的发展,播音主持行业从业人员的综合素质也需要进一步的提升,以适应当代人们对于该行业的新需求。在这种新的需求作用下,高职院校对于播音主持专业的人才培养模式就需要进行进一步的优化提升,以适应当代的人才培养需求。本文从当前播音主持人人才培养所面临的挑战进行着手,分析高职院校播音主持专业教学方面存在的问题,并提出加强专业的师资队伍建设、完善专业课程设置、引进优秀主持人开展教学实践、完善实践教学设备、开展高职院校的特色教学模式改革等五项人才培养措施,为高职院校的播音与主持专业的人才培养提供参考。
The talent training mode of broadcasting and hosting major in higher vocational colleges needs to be optimized and promoted according to the development of The Times.This paper starts from the current challenges faced by the training of broadcasting and hosting talents,analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of broadcasting and hosting in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward five talent training measures,such as strengthening the construction of professional teaching staff,improving professional curriculum,introducing excellent hosts to carry out teaching practice,improving practical teaching eqwipment,and carrying out characteristic teaching mode reform in higher vocational colleges,so as to prov ide references for the training of broadcasting and hosting talents in higher vocational colleges.
