摘要
近年来,O2O电子商务模式飞速发展,各行各业也在不断适应基于O2O平台的商务模式,尤其在社会环境和经济环境发生巨大改变的时候,无论是顾客还是商家都倾向于寻找新的消费模式。文中从顾客的角度出发,研究基于O2O模式下生鲜农产品的物流配送对顾客满意度的影响。结果表明O2O平台质量、生鲜农产品质量、物流配送服务质量以及感知服务性质量对顾客满意度都有着积极的正向影响效果。
In recent years,with the rapid development of O2O e-commerce model,all walks of life are adapting to the O2O platform based business model.Especially when the social and economic environment changes dramatically,both customers and businesses tend to look for new consumption models.From the perspective of customers,this paper studies the impact of fresh agricultural products logistics distribution on customer satisfaction under the O2O model.The results show that O2O platform quality,fresh agricultural products quality,logistics distribution service quality and perceived service quality all have positive effects on customer satisfaction.
