摘要
介绍了挖掘机生产能力确定的方法及小时、台班、台年等能力计算公式,分析了早期理论计算与矿山实际生产能力偏差的原因,结合影响挖掘机生产能力的因素,以巴基斯坦塔尔煤田一区块露天煤矿7 m^3液压挖掘机能力计算相关参数确定为例,得出7 m^3液压挖掘机台年能力计算的优化结果,提出提高挖掘机生产能力的措施,有利于提高矿山生产能力,改善矿山的经济效益。
The article introduces the determined methods of the excavators production capacity and the calculation formulas of hours,shifts and years,analyzes the reasons for the deviation between the early theoretical calculation and the mine actual production capacity.Combining with the factors that affected the production capacity of the excavator,taking the determination of the capacity calculation relevant parameters of 7 m^3 hydraulic excavator in Thar Coalfield Block I Open-pit Coal Mine in Pakistan,we obtain the optimized results of the annual capacity calculation of 7 m^3 hydraulic excavator and present the measures to increase the production capacity of excavator,which increase the mine production capacity and improve mine economic benefits.
