摘要
为了降低爆破大块率,从而减少二次破碎工程量,在露天矿深孔台阶爆破施工中,提出并采用了增大炮孔密集系数、更换炸药品种、优化起爆网路、缩短炮孔堵塞长度、深孔间加密浅孔等技术措施。结果表明:综合应用以上技术措施,有效地降低了结构面发育位置和孔口堵塞段的大块率,取得了较好的爆破效果,提高了铲装效率和日生产量。
In order to reduce the blasting boulder rate and reduce the amount of secondary crushing,in the deep hole bench blasting construction of open-pit mine,the article proposes and adopts some technical measures,such as increasing the blasting hole density coefficient,changing the explosive variety,optimizing the initiation network,shortening the plugging length of the blast hole,and densifying the shallow holes between the deep holes.The results show that the comprehensive application of the above technical measures can effectively reduce the development position of the structural plane and the block rate of the blocking section of the orifice,achieve good blasting effect,and greatly improve the shoveling efficiency and daily production.
