摘要
目前,医联体作为医疗卫生资源整合的重要实现形式之一,对优化医疗卫生资源配置、提升区域医疗服务水平有着积极有效的促进作用。文章基于PEST、SWOT管理理论的研究视角,以南京市第一医院的医联体工作为例,系统性地构建了PEST-SWOT理论模型,对其医联体开展情况进行了实证研究,并对其形成的SO、WO、ST、WT 4种组合战略进行定量分析,从而总结出推进医联体建设和发展的有效对策和建议。
At present,as one of the important ways to integrate medical and health resources,medical union plays an active and effective role in optimizing the allocation of medical and health resources and improving the level of regional medical service.From the perspectives of PEST and SWOT management theory,taking the medical union work of Nanjing First Hospital as an example,this paper systematically constructs the PEST and SWOT theoretical model,conducts an empirical study on the development of its medical union,and makes a quantitative analysis on the four combination strategies of SO,WO,ST and WT,so as to summarize effective countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction and development of the medical union.
